Vegan Protein Pancakes

If you're on a strict intake or simply eat dairy free, this one is for you.

These delicious vegan pancakes provide not only great taste BUT over 20g protein, less than 500g carbs AND makes 10 servings. You can't fault it.

 

Ingredients:

120g flour

1 scoop Vegan Protein Lux

1tsp baking powder

2tsp sweetener 

2tsp vanilla extract

230ml water

sprinkle of salt

 

instructions:

1. Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix

2. Slowly mix in the wet ingredients with the dry whilst whisking 

3. Place them on a preheated pan on high medium/ high heat until golden brown (approx. 3-5 mins) 

4. Serve with blanched almonds and sweetener of choice !
