Protein Brownies

Looking for an evening pick-me-up that tastes good and has good macro content? We got you covered with this low-fat, low-sugar brownie recipe, which has been made using our Whey Dynamic Protein Triple Chocolate flavour.
Ingredients (makes ~12 brownies):
-
½ cup mashed banana (or pumpkin purée — adds moisture and subtle sweetness)
-
¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt (0% fat)
-
2 large egg whites
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
-
⅓ cup erythritol or allulose (natural sweeteners)
-
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-
½ cup chocolate Whey Dyanmic Protein
-
¼ cup oat flour (or almond flour)
-
¼ tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp salt
-
¼ cup sugar-free or dark chocolate chips
-
Optional: 1 tbsp brewed coffee or espresso (to deepen the chocolate flavour)
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
-
In a bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, Greek yoghurt, egg whites, vanilla, and almond milk.
-
Mix in the erythritol, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
-
Stir in the oat flour, baking powder, and salt. If the batter feels too thick, add an extra tablespoon of almond milk.
-
Fold in the chocolate chips and optional coffee.
-
Pour batter into pan, spread evenly, and bake for 18–22 minutes.
-
Cool before slicing for the best texture.
Notes:
-
Banana adds a hint of flavour — if you want it more neutral, go with pumpkin purée.
-
For even more fudge factor, underbake slightly and chill before cutting.
