Milk Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Colouring, Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), Xanthan Gum (Thickener). Trigesteze (Bromelain, Protease, Amylase).
Other Information: This product contains no added sugars. The sugar content within this product is naturally occurring.

This product is manufactured in a sports nutrition production facility using the same machinery that handles other ingredients not listed in this product such as peanuts, hazelnuts, and walnuts. Various other products made on the same machinery contain ingredients such as soy, egg, cereals, wheat, and gluten. If you have any of the above allergies listed here then we would advise you to avoid the use of this product. Not for anyone under the age of 18 years old. Not recommended for pregnant women. RECOMMENDED USE
Mix 1 level scoop (approx 30g) with 250-300ml chilled water. Shake well in your shaker cup for around 15 seconds.
